Delivery Information:

Express Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping, whether Parcel or Pallet, on all UK Mainland orders.

Parcels for smaller items are shipped using DPD Tracked 24, and dispatched on the same day for orders made before 3pm.

For all Pallet Deliveries, the goods will be delivered kerbside, usually within 3 days. Our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable day.

Our delivery partner, Palletforce, will contact you directly to discuss any access requirements. Where possible, Palletforce will assist in getting the delivery to a safe location, but they are unable to assist with taking goods inside the property. Deliveries will take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

International Shipping: Haddon ships globally with distinction. Delivery times and fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original and undamaged packaging, and in the same pristine condition in which they were received.
