Delivery Information 

At Haddon, we take pride in delivering your purchases with unparalleled care and precision, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Express UK Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping, whether Parcel or Pallet, on all UK Mainland orders. Delivery is typically completed within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
  
  Parcels for smaller items are shipped using DPD Tracked 24, and dispatched on the same day for orders made before 3pm.
  
  For all Pallet Deliveries, the goods will be delivered kerbside, usually within 3 days. Our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable day.
  
  Our delivery partner, Palletforce, will contact you directly to discuss any access requirements. Where possible, Palletforce will assist in getting the delivery to a safe location, but they are unable to assist with taking goods inside the property. Deliveries will take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  
  
• International Shipping: Haddon ships globally with distinction. Delivery times and fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each order is meticulously packaged to preserve its pristine condition, reflecting the exceptional quality of our brand. Tracking details will be provided promptly upon dispatch, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

We kindly advise that you refrain from booking any fitters or installers until all items have been delivered in full. Upon receipt, please carefully inspect each item to ensure it corresponds with your order and is in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged goods, we request that you notify us in writing via email within 48 hours of the day following delivery.

Returns Information

At Haddon, we understand that there may be occasions when a return or exchange is necessary. To ensure a seamless process, we have designed our returns policy with simplicity and convenience in mind. 

Whether the return is due to a change of mind, an order error, or a product defect, we are here to handle the process on your behalf. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, in their undamaged original packaging, and in the same pristine condition in which they were received.

To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@haddon.co.uk. Once your return is authorised, we will arrange all the necessary details to ensure a seamless process. Please note that any applicable return fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets our return criteria. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, our dedicated team is always available to help.

To ensure your order arrives safely, many of our products are delivered on pallets or A-frames. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be collected using this same packaging. For this reason, we kindly ask that you keep all pallets and A-frames until you are completely happy with your purchase.

If these are not available at the time of return, we may be unable to arrange collection or additional costs may apply.
