FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the marble on these vanity units real or marble-effect?
We only use 100% natural, solid stone for our countertops. Because it is a natural product, every top features its own distinct patterns, meaning no two Haddon vanity units are ever exactly the same. This gives your bathroom an authentic, bespoke feel that adds genuine value to your home.
How do I maintain and protect the marble surface from stains?
Marble is a beautiful but porous natural stone, so we recommend a little bit of care to keep it looking pristine. We advise sealing the marble upon installation and using a pH-neutral cleaner for daily wipes. To prevent marking, it’s best to avoid leaving wet soap bottles or harsh chemicals sitting directly on the stone. With these simple habits, your marble top will develop a beautiful character and remain a stunning feature of your bathroom for a lifetime.
Are the marble top vanity units strong enough to support both the marble top and a stone basin?
Yes, they are specifically engineered for this weight. A solid marble countertop combined with a stone basin is significantly heavier than standard ceramic setups. That is why we use marine-grade plywood and solid wood frameworks instead of MDF. This professional-grade construction provides the immense structural strength required to support the stone without any risk of bowing or sagging, ensuring your furniture remains perfectly aligned.
